What is DDPY?

DDPY  was created by Diamond Dallas Page (DDP) when he ruptured his L4 and L5 discs and was told his professional wrestling career was over. Desperate to keep his childhood dream alive, he was willing to try anything, so he tried yoga for the first time in his life.

Because Dallas had so much experience in many other areas of fitness, he quickly started mixing elements of yoga with his rehab and traditional calisthenics. He realized that combined traditional yoga positions, sports rehabilitation techniques and old-school calisthenics healed his back and saved his career. That's when DDPY was born!

Your abs are the front anchor to your spine. As you move through the DDPY movements, you flex every muscle in your body from your fingers to your toes, including your abs. By strengthening your core muscles, your abs will better support your spine.

Stretches Your Spine

Reducing the tension in the muscles supporting your spine will improve your range of motion and overall mobility. DDPY stretches your spine by lengthening and stretching your ligaments, muscles and tendons.
